A note on Coaching

The study of voice and acting is very personal in nature and may stir up a wide array of physical or emotional response as the work shifts you internally as well as externally. The comfort and safety of the student in mind and sessions can be stopped whenever necessary. I encourage students to inform me immediately if they are uncomfortable with any part of the session.

A note on Physical Adjustments

Additionally, my coaching requires a "hands on" approach often requiring physical adjustments to neck, jaw, spine, etc. I will always attempt to inform and request permission prior to making physical adjustments. I encourage students to inform me immediately if they are uncomfortable with any part of the session.

Physical Requirements

Sessions will involve physical activity. Please let me know if you have any physical limitations.

Attire

Please wear clothing in which you can move freely and will not be inadvertently revealing.

Cancellations

I understand that life is busy and am happy to reschedule a sessions without penalty. Likewise, There will be occasions when I may need to cancel or reschedule. Advance rescheduling or cancellation can be handled via the Sign-up Genius. Please be considerate if you know you cannot make a session and release the slot for another student to fill. For a cancellation within 24 hours please adjust on the Sign-up Genius and contact me directly. I do not charge a cancellation fee unless it becomes an issue.

Audio Recordings

Students are welcome even encouraged to audio record their sessions. Likewise, I will make an audio recording of all sessions for teaching purposes only. These will not be shared without consent and I request the same of student's private recordings.

Privacy/Personal Security

All sessions are conducted in a safe respectful environment. Information of a personal nature will not be shared. Clearances updated and available upon request.
